Project Evaluation
The VMM Coordinating Board, in a collaborative effort with the Highpoint East School and HCDE staff, will develop a systematic method for tracking, monitoring, and evaluating the project, which will involve the pre-testing of the students and parents of each group relating to conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. During the course of the project, the Highpoint East School and HCDE staff will also maintain contact with the youths' home schools and juvenile authorities. At the conclusion of the project period, the Project Evaluator will prepare a Project Evaluation Report, which will serve as a guide for the revision, continuation, and replication of the program.

Project Continuation and Replication
Based on the Project Evaluation Report, the VMM Program will be revised, expanded, and replicated on a statewide basis. After the pilot project period, the Project Evaluation Report will be made available to any court, school, institution, or youth facility for the development of training methodology or curricula, data base system coordination, or other such purposes.
